For your cultural event, our Seaside venue
offers an oceanfront setting comprised of three distinct,
adjacent areas that harmonize to provide a spacious and eclectic
locale, accommodating as many as 200 guests. You are invited
to utilize any or all of these areas during the course of
your event. The Seaside venue comes complete with spotless
and spacious restroom facilities and electrical power to handle
whatever your event requires.
Makai Meadow
Makai Meadow
This sweeping area with manicured lawn
and tropical vegetation encompasses the largest sector of
the Seaside venue. A level site with breathtaking ocean views,
Makai Meadow borders tranquil Makai Marsh
– home to native and exotic waterfowl and an abundance
of wetland plants. A boardwalk meanders
from Meadow to Marsh, and leads to a stairway ascending to
our Polynesian gazebo, affording a birds-eye view of the coastline
and the Meadows.

Makai Meadow easily accommodates a seated
dinner and dancing for 150 guests. A variety of tent sizes
and configurations are amenable to this expansive area, should
you wish a covered venue. And neighboring Upper Meadow Terrace
can serve as a complementary site for activities in Makai
Meadow.
Upper Meadow Terrace
Situated at the base of a cliff
that juts into the tropical sky, this area is slightly elevated
above Makai Meadow and thus can serve as an auxiliary site.
It is perfect as a preparation area for caterers. Most impressively,
it is a marvelous elevated stage site for musical ensembles
or other entertainment.
Seaside Green
Just steps away from Upper Meadow
Terrace, this round, grassy site is the most intimate of our
oceanfront venues. It is the gateway to our white sand beach
and provides a lovely area for smaller functions.
